Hi vinribs, I ran some tests on your modem and your lines in the area and I don't show anything that would be impacting your system. Do you notice that your speeds drop at a certain time of day? Have you tried any of the trouble shooting steps provided by (EG)? If not please review the link that (EG) shared it is a good place to start on issues like yours.
