My internet is down and I was told to connect to xfinity and I have tried can't connect

Hi KELLYLINDA5731, the information that (EG) shared is a good place to start. However I do see that your modem is offline at this time we may need to replace your equipment if the link provided does not fix your problem. Please reach back out to me here if you require further assistance.
