Internet system malfunction (intermittently extended)

The modem is connected, the lights are all on, suddenly the center light, which looks like it's the response from the server, status blinking. So now there's no internet connectivity for any devices, plugged in, or wireless.
This has been happening for over a month, probably two months.
Last month I called, spoke to customer service, they reset it, and it happened an hour later.
Then I spoke with live chat dude from the Philippines, he reset it, from his end, five times. Started happening again as soon as we disconnected.
Now it happens several times a day...
This is ridiculous, my bill has gone up from 100, to no less than 50% every year, while Comcast claims they're the best, and they constantly improve their service, why has it gotten worse?
Especially when trying to justify charging more for the same exact (slower, or broken) service.
Please help, been on hold 45 min.

Re: Internet system malfunction (intermittently extended)

What do the modem's signal stats look like ?

Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
