Internet speed

I got a letter saying xfinity was going to double my speed. Who much is this going to cost me?

Does the letter say that it is free ?

Re: Internet speed

We got the same letter -- it does say that the increase is free.  We are supposed to get double the speed for the same price.

BUT -- our 25mb plan only increased to tested speeds of about 31-34 -- not close to 50.  And Comcast actually shows the plan should be "up to 60" - I guess "up to" does cover 31-34 !!!
