Internet speed very slow

Recently as of  around May 1, 2018 my Internet speed has dropped quite a bit.  Nothing has changed in my home, and all my equipment checks out okay.  Modem, router and switch are all gigabit throughout.   I was averaging around 100 mps during the last few years.   Now it's around 40 mps and sometimes lower.   

Has anyone else in the Tolland County area of Connecticut been having similar problems?
