Both the downstream and the upstream power levels are too high and are out of balance with respect to each other. The SNR (RxMER) is a bit low as well. It would probably be best to book a tech to come out and properly balance the line.

Dwn pwr lvl: 11.77
Up pwr lvl: 50.00
SNR: Not sure where to find this. Have something called RxMer(d at 33.72
Is there anything else you need?
My internet connection drops out every day between the hours on 10 AM-Noon EDT. Sometimes it comes back without me doing anything after 15-20 minutes. Most times I have to power-cycle my Comcast modem.
I have Comcast TV also, but the outage affects only the internet connection.
