Did you call 1800comcast and ask them?
Whenever I try to access the internet via my home network I get redirected to "register.be.xfinity.com" - is this ligit?
We've seen this many times here before. there may be a provisioning problem with your modem.
Try call 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to *roll and re-provision* the modem. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete.
