Thanks for the tip. I had this problem two years ago, and it seemed to be caused by a splitter that had worked loose. I took all the splitters out then, so it looks like I need to get a tech out here again.
Your downstream power levels are marginal. They are probably fluctuating a bit and knocking you off line. Usually, this is caused by too many splitters or bad/substandard wiring. It's possible it is a Comcast issue, but most likely the problem exists between the tap (pole) and your modem. See the troubleshooting guide.
I am getting intermittent connection issues. Is there any way to tell if there is a problem in the Xfinity equipment? I am not a network engineer. One time Customer Service confirmed a known system outage, but mostly they just report that my modem is offline. Service usually comes back within a few minutes without my doing anything. Spex:
