Parcel Pending has emailed notifications to me for years without problems. Last week, a PP email was "blocked" by my account several times (11/24 and 11/26) according to their system. I haven't blocked or filtered anyone that I know of. How do I resolve this?
Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for that sender's domain-----------------

Comcast Security could not find any block or filter that stopped the emails from getting through. The company's URL is okay. I have my suspicions that the block issue relates to Comcast's new email system, since nothing like this ever happened in the old days.
I am going to escalate this thread to the forum admins to see if someone else can look at your account. I had to "unmark" your action of marking the thread as solved in order to do that.
Hi, athena14 - I checked email logs and I see 4 emails from @parcelpending.com that have been delivered yesterday. I also see you have a folder named Parcel Pending, did you check that folder?
The Parcel Pending emails from Sunday, November 27 were from their help desk, in response to my emails and phone calls regarding the notification that never arrived.
The Parcel Pending folder is brand new. I set it up yesterday so as to have a place to isolate those help emails.
This chart is what Parcel Pending sent me regarding the blocked emails. Hope it is usable.
