In box clears out every month

My In Box clears out every month since changing to Windows 10.  I loose current info I need!

Can you clarify----------------are you using the Mail app in Windows 10, or just the  Comcast webmail UI or what?

I am using the Comcast web site for email.

If you are still in the old email format, from the Inbox page go to Preferences>>>>>>Email>>>>Email Deletion Schedules.  How do you have them set?  If you are in the new format, the messages stay put until you delete them.  There are no schedules you can change.

I am having the same problem - I have lost most of my old emails and cannot retrieve them.  I think I am in the old email format, but I cannot find "Preferences" from my inbox?  Help!
