IPV6 works fine but not IPV4

I am new customer took the connection on 07/12 , I am still struggling with no resolution on the issue I am having opening google, facebook, yahoo but not yelp, tripadvisor etc 

 

IPV6 working but not IPV4 ( Arris DOCSIS 3.0 SBG7900-AC modem) 

Its in factory reset mode, no changes made ( security/firewall is off)

 

I call almost everyday last 5 days waiting for 2hrs+ on call but still no help 

 

If anyone who has experienced the same Kindly advise.

This has been a fairly common issue around here. I'm going to try escalating your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. You should get a reply here in your topic.
