I need NAT Loopback capability that my DPC3939 does not support. What can I do?

Is there a newer comcast modem I can swap out that will give me this capability?

AFAIK, none of the Comcast supplied gateway devices have ever allowed "NAT Loopback". Neither does most of the popular retail routers.
