I keep losing my wifi signal to everything in my house. When working properly, I get anywhere from 125-250 on a speediest. Other times, it drops so low I either can't get a reading at all or it's very slow. Sometimes, my phone, pad, computer will say it's connected to my wifi, but wifi doesn't work at all. I've had resets done remotely, three techs have been to house in last two weeks. They've replaced the Comcast modem/router and checked and replaced and tightened every connection inside the house and outside the house. They keep telling me that "maintenance is going to have to "go through the main lines." My daughter lives two doors down from me. She experiences outages on her wifi (Comcast) also. Sometimes at the same times I am. Any suggestions on what we might be missing that could fix this problem? Thanks in advance!!
For a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
