When that happens, you can try doing the import directly from the Plaxo website. They provide the address book and calendar for Comcast. Sign in with your Comcast credentials here----------------
Once there, click on the Address Book button in the top toolbar, then on the gear icon, and then "Import".
You can create a separate address book for the second username under address book while signed in with that username.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

I have 2 email accounts but one to share one address book. Is this possible and if so how do I do it?
