I find this forum to be much better than calling 800-com-cast for tech support.
Neither offers any suggestions or answers but at least this forum doesn't put me on hold and make me listen to music for 45 minutes.
The screenshot I pasted didn't get into my post for some reason. This is the warning:
Cannot Send Mail
The connection to the outgoing
server "smtp.comcast.net" failed.
Additional Outgoing Mail Servers can be
configured in Settings >Mail,
I cannot send an email from my iPhone or my iPad while on a WiFi nework other than my home network.
Everything works fine when I am on my home Wifi. I can also receive email fine at home or away.
The problem only occurs when attemting to send an email from my comcast account within the Mail app on my iPad and iPhone while I'm on a WiFi network other than home. I do not have this problem with my .mac or Yahoo accounts.
Here is the warning I get:
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
