I can log in to my account at xfinity.com (my email) even though I don't currently have any service through them. I can see that I have messages by the number overlaying the envelope icon in the header bar on the webpage. When I click on that, I get a message that they're sorry I decided to change my services, but I can still keep my email, as long as I agree to the terms of service. I click okay, and NOTHING. Any idea what's the cause, or anything I can do about it?

Try clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser. If you still can't get to the email, post back.
