I am not receiving a password recovery email, and the company insists that the emails must be blocked by my internet service provider. The emails are not going into spam.
How do I find out if they are being blocked? I get other emails from the same domain name, so that doesn't make sense. The only ones I don't get are from the "do not reply @ ----.com" email
Call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue with that sender's domain--------------------

Can you tell us the domain? Or send it to me in a Private Message? Looking quickly, I don't see that we've blocked any password resets for your email address, but I'd like to be able to dig in a bit deeper if possible
