Are the emails always from the exact same email Address? If so, you can create an email filter to block all email from that address.
Open XC and click on Preferences
Click on tgevEmail icon
Scroll down to Email filters
Click to create an email filter.
Re: Spam, even when you report as spam by clicking on Spam on the toolbar, it does not automatically stop all spam. It must be learned to be spam by the spam filters. Just keep on reporting those emails.
I assume you do have your Spam filter on?

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
