How do you move a new folder, or any folder from one place to another in the email list?

In the email subject list to the left of the emails, I added a new folder. It was placed under the Inbox. Since I want it elsewhere in the list, how can I move it to where I want it to stay?

Right click on the folder, choose Move from the menu, then choose where you want it moved to.
