If you are using Internet Explorer, if Latoque's suggestion doesn't work for you,try this.
Click on Tools>Internet Options. Click on the content tab. Scroll down to Auto Complete and click on Settings next to it. Remove the checkmark next to Passwords,etc. Click on OK.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
Are you talking about a suggested login ID that pops up on the sign-in page? I think that is controlled by a cookie in your browser. Depending on what browser you are using, you can clear out the cache, or even just clear out any cookies for Comcast. That should do it I think. If you need guidance on how to do that we can help.
