How do you delete incorrect (misspelled) username login defaults...

How do you delete incorrect (misspelled) username login defaults from popping up when logging in?

Thanks for your help!

Re: How do you delete incorrect (misspelled) username login defaults...

Are you talking about a suggested login ID that pops up on the sign-in page?  I think that is controlled by a cookie in your browser.  Depending on what  browser you are using, you can clear out the cache, or even just clear out any cookies for Comcast.  That should do it I think.  If you need guidance on how to do that we can help.

If you are using Internet Explorer, if Latoque's suggestion doesn't work for you,try this.

Click on Tools>Internet Options.  Click on the content tab.  Scroll down to Auto Complete and click on Settings next to it.  Remove the checkmark next to Passwords, etc.  Click on OK.
