It's unlikely that you accidentally marked those 3 particular senders as spammers. You would have to deliberately have marked them as spam many times over. If you are not getting legitimate emails from someone, then you should check to see if they are being sent to your Spam folder. If they are not there, did the sender get any kind of bounce message? What does it say? If it's not that, then call Comcast security and see if there is a block in place due to prior spam issues from their domain--------------

Reporting one message as spam one time will not have an effect. It takes mutiple reports. Think of it this way, what if you accidentally reported a well know company's emails like say, Comcast... as spam. If it only took one report to block.... all messages from that company to all users would be blocked.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X

Apparently I marked a contact as spam several days ago. I went to the spam list to remove this name, but the spam list only contains the last days items that I marked as spam.
How do I undo the spam category from contacts that I want to keep on my "non-spam" list?
