I want to insert a file directly into the body of an email. I do not want the file to be an attachment in the email. How do I do this?

What kind of file?
You can't really insert a file into the body of an email, but you can insert the contents of a file. If you're talking about a file like a jpeg or .gif you just do a copy/paste.
