So i recently upgraded from 250 eXtreme to the Gigabit Plan.
When i connect my Motorola SB8600 right into my computer/laptop I am pulling speeds of 1-1.2Gbps down and 50Mbps up. (amazing)
However when i put my router or router and switch in the mix, i lose around 50% of the speeds...
My setup is as follows:
Modem - Motorola SB8600
Router - Cisco RV320
Switch - Cisco SG200-18
Cabling - All cables are Cat6
Using Windows Sever for DNS/DHCP
Does anyone have any idea onwhat could be throttling these? as they should be able to handle the throughput acording to Cisco/Documentation.
I have factory reset both, and plyed with all settings, firewall/bonjour has been turned off for testing with no results.
I'm so confused as to why it is doing this, any help would be apreciated.
What if the Windows Server wasn't in place?
Do the WAN settings say 1Gbps full-duplex?
Are there any QOS Features enabled ?
