HD TV continually buffering during Netflix

Download speeds at 85 mps at PC. Using Netgear2700 wifi extenders (2) in my house. HD TV indicates full connects bars but still has buffering issues while watching a 60 minute program on Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.. If not buffering, picture is not sharp but a little blurry.


Using Comcast provided Arris TG862 modem/router.
