Got new modem but can not get xfi to work.

Every time I click on the wifi icon to acess Xfi to set up for my kids. Keep asking me to upgrade now. If I click the the Upgrade now I get "You Have the Latest Equipment" and two option below it, Browes Offers or Shop for New Equipment. I can't get pass that to set up the Xfi for my kids. So upset with this problem.

Hi RPM510, I took a quick look into this for you and it looks like the Gateway currently listed on your account is not an xFi-compatible Gateway. However, you mentioned that you received a new device, if you can send me a private message with the MAC address for this new Gateway, we can work on getting this resolved for you quickly. Thanks.
