Gateway password

I can’t log into my gateway, the default password is not working, I have been trying for 2+ hour and I just can’t log in, can you send me a link or explain what I need to do? Thanks

What IP address are you using and does it bring up the userid password option?

As a last resort, you can reinitialize the gateway to default which will also reset your wifi SSID and password.
