Forwarded emails go to Junk Mail folder in Outlook 2016
I have email forwarding set up in comcast.net, forwarding to my earthlink.net account, and have it set to make a local copy of the mail. If I compose a message in the Comcast app, it properly sends it to my earthlink.net inbox (in Outlook). But if I address a message to my comcast.net email from external, it goes there, saves a copy, and forwards it to my Outlook Junk Mail box. This seems to have started when I upgraded to Outlook 2016 a couple weeks ago. Adding my comcast.net address to the Safe Senders list doesn't help.
