I have Blast internet, and am currently getting ridiculously slow upload speeds. Using Comcast's own speedtest, I'm getting slower than usual download speed (144 mps, typically I get 200+), and 0.7mps upload. The techs are not helpful at all. This was working fine until this morning. Very frustrating.
Start here: troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, please post your equipment details (make/model of your modem/gateway/router) and a screenshot of your signal levels and your error/event log. Thank you!
