If you are still in the old email format, open the address book from the Inbox page, and on the landing page click on Export All. Follow the prompts to export it as a .csv file. In the new email format, open the address book, and in the left folders pane click on Address Book. To the right, click on the "hamburger" icon, then on Export. The Print and Export functions were down for a long time, and they appear to be working now.
