Re: Export Xfinity E-Mail Address Book to Outlook

I cannot export, as the computer doesn't find the file.  I'm using win 7 home edition, 64 bit.  I need to get the contacts into outlook.  I'm using Xfinity lite.

Bruce,

I just fixed it.  I was clearing out old saved images in My Settings, and deleted those in error- Hence the X.

Which version of XfinityConnect?

To check: Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences in the Preview window. Now click on the General tab. A window opens showing which version you are using.

Once we know which version we can give you the directions for exporting your contacts in XfinityConnect, save the CSV file, and import into Outlook 2013.

Export Xfinity E-Mail Address Book to Outlook

Created export file on old computer under Windows XP Pro, but won't import into current Outlook on new computer under Windows 8.  Had my computer consultant try it and he couldn't make it work either.  Format error on import.
