Recently emails that contain an invoice I need to pay are getting rejected as spam by Comcast. The sender has notified me they are unable to send because of this. How do I change this so they are NOT rejected?
Could you send me a private message with the details, such as your email address, as well as theirs? I'll see what we can track down.
What was the answer?
I'm trying to get a contact at the sender. The error message they're being shown is not one that our systems directly generate. We need to know more about their operations, such as their ESP or ISP.
My issue is a little different. How do I add an email address so that the sender's email does not get put into my spam folder/
