Please help. My email account was automatically "upgraded" to new system by Comcast. Now I can't send emails, I only receive a portion of my emails, I can only sporadically get into my email account. I have tried clearing my cache. This is my business email so I desperately need help. I can't get solution from Comcast. They have kicked it up the chain but I have received no callback. I have windows 7 if it matters.

Are you getting any error message when you try to send?  Have you tried using a different browser as a test?
