On Windows, if there is more than one attachment, Appsuite downloads them as a .ZIP "compressed folder". In Win 10 at least, you can open the folder just by double-clicking it, which gets you to the individual files it contains.

Re: Email

I just tried it and I am unable to duplicate what you describe.  If I download an attachment it just appears in my Downloads folder as it should.  Are you using a desktop email client like Outlook?  There is nothing in the webmail software or settings that would account for this.

Re: Email

No it was not sent in a zip.  It is just since the email changed

do you know how I can change it back

Re: Email

Assuming you mean a file sent to you as an attachment to an email, was it sent to you as a zip file?
