Email signature

Since the conversion to the new email format I'm unable to set up a signature.  I checked "help" and the preferences tab isn't on screen as help says it should be.  When will this be fixed?

From what you described, it sounds like the help file you looked at hasn't been updated yet.  In the new Inbox page, click on the gear icon in the upper-right corner near your name, then on Settings.  Under Mail you will see Signatures.
