Email: "My Folders" are missing

"My Folders" are not displaying in the left column of the Xfinity Connect Email page.

Try clearing your browsing history, then close the browser and restart it in a fresh session.  If you have created folders, there should be a black arrowhead to the left like the one you see next to the Inbox folder.
