Email not getting through

I am trying to work out a problem with Amazon.  They claim they've been sending me emails to my Comcast email account, but none are getting through.  Any HELP would be appreciated.

Check your S[am folder to see if they are going there.  If not, call Comcast security and see if there is a blocking issue for Amazon-----------
