My email is down tonight too. I know for a fact that I have one email waiting for me to look at, but my envelope shows no number as a notice that I have mail.
When I click on the envelope to try and read my mail, I get this pop-up. After the second time, I clicked on "Allow" and it told me to go to an App store. I'm using a desktop computer and can always view my email on the Xfinity home page.
Please let me know what the problem is, so I can access my Comcast email. Thank you.
