Comcast email is down YET AGAIN here in Seattle (2/15/18) - everything just times out. It's now 3:50 PM PST and has been this way for at least the past several hours. Before it went out entirely today, it was extremely sluggish all day, with searches of email folders repeatedy timing out before reporting anything. The same set of Comcast email problems seem to repeat every few days, ever since I was auto-"upgraded" (I would have to call it auto-downgraded) to the miserable new Comcast email interface several weeks ago. And we actually pay for this service...
I hear you and then you call and wait and wait. I am through with their email I have time sensitive stuff and do not know what I am missing as a result of these outages. This is the 5th time in the past 3 months. I am not paying for the stress and waste of my personal time anymore
