OK so you sent an email to someone, and another party replied to it---is that right? Did the person you did send to then forward your message to someone else? Or maybe your address was included in the Cc: line of something the 1st person sent out? There are different possiblilities here.
how can someone who i dont know, see my name in my e mail address?? help!
Probably because that's the way you set it up in your Preferences. Are you talking about someone you sent an email to or what? Just what is going on?
I just sent out an email notifying people of my new address, one person, so far, responded asking who I was. I incorrectly assumed that my name would be displayed as the sender, like all my previous email accounts but it only shows my address. I don't see anywhere that I can change it, am I missing something? I am using the online Comcast.net service so I can access my email from anywhere.
