Cant get to my Email.  When I put in the password, the Home page opens.  I try to open my Email and it asks for the codes - which I enter.  When the system tries to open my email - a blank screen keeps coming up at the bottom of the screen - saying, No connectivity. How do I get rid of this so I can log into my Email.   Also, the Microsoft screen pops up and when researched I get a reading that says; Error 12031  Error 1203 connection with server reset.  How do I fix this - now?  Please

You haven't proided any details for us to try to help you???

 

Are you using XfinityConnect?  Full or Lite version?  To check:

Open XfinityConnect, click on Preferences, and then click on General.  A window will open showing you which version is checked. 

 

Are you able to get to the Inbox?

What happens exactly when you click on an email to open it?

Which browser/ version are you using?

Did you clear your browser cache?

Have you tested with another browser?

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
