The email server appears to be down since around 11:30 pm on 9/1/2017. web.mail.comcast.net just cycles and outlook says login or password is incorrect. Got message on iPad indicating server maintenance. Is anyone else having a problem with email?
As it turns out my email account has been suspended. The agent could not tell me why it was suspended, but she is going to escalate the issue to the Level 2 support. No clue why my email account would get suspended.
By chance, did you try signing in from another computer or other device?
