I have complaints with Comcast but this is not one of them. I have found the email filters to be quite reliable if you can write unix code. Try "from" or "subject" "matches wildcard" "**whateverbothersyou** send to spam. Good luck.
Do all of the above with a drink in your hand. You'll need it when you realize that none of the filters work properly. Then you'll see a gazillion threads on this forum noting that none of the filters work properly (can't save, don't work...etc.)
Sigh. Comcast is so friggen disappointing sometimes.
In the Inbox, click on PREFERENCES
Click the Email icon
You now see your email settings
Scroll down to Email filters and click there.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
Does xfinity email services provide the ability to set up email filters to sort incoming emails into different folders based on subject line words or phrases, email sender(s) address, email addressee(s), cc address(es), and /or other filtering criteria?
If so, where wilI I find a write up on how to set up such a filter?
