You can try a search by sender, subject, date.

Or- try this.


RIGHT CLICK on the Trash a Folder, then click on Recover Deleted a Messages.  A window will open showing deleted messages.  Scroll through and if you find the one you want, click on it to highlight it.

Next, clicking on the small arrow on the top left side of the window.  This will open a NEW window where you can then move that highlighted email back to your Inbox.

Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
