I have been having issues with Xfinity since i moved to a new address.
The download speed intermittently drops to <10 MB/s or <5 MB/s which stops TV streaming or makes everything very blurry.
I ran speed checks programmatically on multiple occasions and this is from yesterday after i bought a new modem (Motorola N450), but the issues remain.
Both speed tests are run hard wired directly to the modem. Both speed tests were run intermittently every day for about an 1-2 hours.

Note that with both modems 95% of the time i receive 95Mbit/s.
I had a tech come out and he ran some test and acknowledged the problem. He then restarted and did something, but it has not changed.
What could cause this issue?
