Hi, waltjanz - You can get charged for using a cellular data on your device. You have to have an internet connection to stream Live TV or On Demand series. To avoid the charge of using cellular data you can connect to xfinitywifi hotspot if it's available (check our XFINITY WiFi Hotspots app) or you can download the show at home and watch it anywhere else. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Do I get charged for anyting when I stream video remotely?

While at a friends house, I was trying to view a streaming episode of "Alone" before it started I got a pop-up that stated I am accessing the internet and data charges may apply. I was accessing my home account remotely. Do I get charged for data? Thanks for for the help!
