I've been having significant problems with my email. The list appears but after checking a few emails, I'm unable to access the remainder. The row of icons disappears and I can't delete, forward, move, etc. I use the option to open the mail in Internet Explorer but the problem appears again. I'm thinking that if I uninstall and reinstall the xfinity app, it may help resolve the problem. Can anyone help me with this or with any other solutions?
