Devices on Xfi are not showing up

Only 2 of my 6 devices are showing up on the XFi app on my phone and Mac.  I've shut off both devices and all other ones that aren't showing up (even though they are connected) and they are still not showing up.  I see there is a solution, but it is not visible.

I've seen mention of only devices that are connected with only the 2.4 or 5.0 wifi are showing.  Check and see if that is your issue.

Hi andreahu, I can assist you with your Xfi app reading your other equipment. Did you try and see what frequency your equipment is on? Have you tried removing the app to see if that clears up your issue?
