Re: Deleting Lots of Emails at One Time

There are a couple of different ways to approach this task.  First, you can click the checkbox to the left of a message to select it, then holding down the Shift key, scroll down as far as you like and select another one.  This will select everything in between, then hit the trashcan icon in the toolbar.  Or, right-click on the folder and one of the options you will see is "Delete all messages".

Deleting Lots of Emails at One Time

I want to delete thousands of emails that have piled up in my inbox this year.

I want to click and highlight whole sections without having to click each email line individually. I have not been able to figure out what the key combination is.

ANy suggestions?

Thanks you -
