Deleted emails

I thought my email accounts were safe with Comcast which is the reason I pay the outragous monthly fees.  Imagine my shock to find a very precious photo taken of my Mom who died about 4 months ago has been deleted.  Some bells and whistles to your customers would have been nice so those of us that needed to coild have scrambled to try and say the most important emails!

This isn't the experience we want for our customers. I'd like to see if there's some way to recover the missing emails. In order assist you, please send me a private message verifying your first and last name, the phone number, street address, and the account number associated with your services.
