For the last couple of days, we have been experiencing a terrible reduction in our internet service. It's worse than dial-up and making it completely unbearable to do anything at all. Even sending email is a hassle. We have done nothing to change the quality of service - no new hardware upgrades, didn't unplug anything, etc - except to reset the modem and restart the computer, power-cycling everything, clearing out DNS cache, etc. Nothing has changed for the better and we've already spoken with three separate Comcast representatives. Whenever we run the speedtest after they've asked us to, it runs pretty well (our average is 15ms ping, 21-22mbps DL speed, 4.01mbps UL speed), but by the time we are off the phone with them it's back to what it was; slower than dial-up, takes forever to get a video to load on YouTube (if it even loads at all), pages dont show up at all, etc etc.
Is there anyone else around my area having problems similar to ours? Any suggestions to a fix that others may have come across? I'm open to anything at this point.

Wanna' start with the basics here ?
Can we please see the modem's signal stat figures first.
